December News: Zena joins Harters.........
I am delighted to announce that Zena Pacey, a dear friend and colleague of many years, and I have decided to join forces and offer our Admin Services together, as Associates under the shared umbrella of “Harters Admin Services”, effective 1st December 2024.
Zena brings to the team a wealth of experience across the Finance sector having worked as a Senior Administrator in Mortgages & Protection, and in Pensions & Investments. She is also CeMAP qualified.
Zena is a super dependable Senior Administrator within the Finance Sector, with many years’ experience.
She has high attention to detail, great lateral thinking and works speedily on achieving results.
We are hoping to complement each other with our breadth and depth of experience in the administration fields we have both worked in.

How it all started...........
Having spent over 25 years working at a Senior level, as a Personal/Executive Assistant across various industry sectors for many large corporates; back in June 2021 I decided it was time to branch out and set up on my own, working as a Virtual or PA onsite/remotely. Best decision ever!
I love assisting small-to-medium sized businesses who may have administration needs they do not wish to take care of in-house. They may to choose to outsource this requirement to someone who they feel they can rely on to take care of this effectively and expediently and in turn free up their own bandwidth.
Whether it be diary management, travel bookings, facilities management, social media, coordination of in-house projects, reconciliation of bookkeeping online, proof-reading, preparation of presentation decks, LinkedIn account management, these are all the sorts of tasks I assist my clients with.
